Nitor Ventilation are expanding our team and are looking for trainee and experienced people to join us.

Nitor Ventilation Limited is looking for motivated individuals to join our growing Fire Damper Inspection and Remedial teams.

Whether you are looking to start a new career or are already an experienced fire damper engineer, we would like to hear from you.

Trainee Engineers

No previous fire damper experience is required.

Successful candidates will receive structured, hands-on training alongside experienced engineers, with support towards relevant industry qualifications and competencies.

Experienced Engineers

We are looking for experienced Fire Damper Inspection and Remedial Engineers with a strong understanding of quality, compliance and passive fire protection.

Relevant experience may include:

• Fire and smoke damper inspection and testing
• Fire damper remedial works
• Fire stopping and fire batt installation
• Drywall, plasterboard and mortar remedial works
• Passive fire protection

Relevant industry qualifications and evidence of competency are highly desirable. Candidates holding relevant NVQ/SVQ qualifications will be held in particularly high regard.

Don't have every qualification? We are still interested in hearing from experienced, capable individuals with the right attitude and practical skills.

Location

Our roles are field-based, and we are particularly interested in candidates based in London, Kent, Essex and surrounding areas.

Travel is required, with some out-of-hours, weekend and occasional overnight work.

A full UK driving licence is preferred for trainees and normally required for experienced field-based roles.
